Knowing how far you have come along the journey towards an objective, will almost always give you the strength and determination you need to continue that journey to its successful conclusion.
The measures recorded in the example shown above are:-
- No cigarettes (blue leaf)
- 5 or less cigarettes (yellow leaf)
- More than 5 cigarettes (red leaf)
This project began in September, progress being slow at first with gradual improvement until the first appearance of ‘no smoking’ days in November.
December seems to have been tougher than expected, but the New Year through to early Spring eventually brought the rewards that were hoped for.
