When you have devised a plan to help you lose weight, your 'My Tracker Tree' will work alongside your lifestyle and healthy eating changes!
Use a combination of colours that work best for you. Colours are often associated with a person’s emotions, and emotions influence your state of mind!
The truth is that we very rarely record our successes, but we almost always make a mental note of our failures!

The measures recorded in the example shown above are:-
- Lost weight (green leaf)
- No change (blue leaf)
- Gained weight (red leaf)
In this example the project was started in May and showed gradual improvement through to a successful July/August which show very few days of weight gain.
